Return & Refund Policy – Mobixa
At Mobixa, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
The return request is made within 3 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Used or damaged products (by customer)
Items without original packaging
Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us via WhatsApp / Email with:
Order number
Product issue (with picture/video proof)
Our team will review and approve your request
Once approved, we will guide you on the return process
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
Refund will be issued via:
Bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash (for prepaid orders)
For Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be transferred digitally
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only for defective or wrong items
Exchanges depend on product availability
6. Shipping Charges
If the product is faulty or incorrect β†’ Mobixa will cover shipping cost
If return is due to change of mind β†’ Customer bears shipping cost
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
